As it it a thermoplastic, PC can indeed be dissolved in several organic solvents. If molten polymer frequently sticks to metal and should not do so, you should use lubricants in the polymer formulation as people extruding polymer in steel-based machines use to do. Then, sticking can be avoided.
Sorry for my late answer.Two good solvents for PC plastic are DCM & chloroform but I recommend that you try cyclopentanone to remove the sticking PC "that is mixed with graphite". My regards.
