I am trying to do a pushover analysis by connecting SAP2000 and MATLAB through SAP2000 OAPI. I already made a matlab program which gives the P_M interaction curve and M-Φ curve based on the IS codes, if we give the sectional property as input. And I want to give that output as hinge properties.
But I am not getting how to assign the hinge properties using SAP2000 OAPI.
Can anyone suggest any way by which I can assign the hinge properties?

I had gone through that materials you mentioned above. But they are not talking about how to assign user defined hinges.

but, how to calculate the Φ-M interaction curve ?? (by Eurocode 8? If so, how ?)
If we know the stress strain graph of concrete and steel as per codes and the sectional properties (reinforcement,width,depth etc), then we can calculate the m-Φ curve. Lot of Literatures are available .We can make a matlab code for doing so or there are different software available. You can check section 3.2.2.1 of Technical report NCEER-96-0010.
We can calculate m-Φ curve from section designer in sap2000.
