Best technique for me is singing praises to Jesus, whether it be at full lung capacity and voice volume or very quietly (lest I interfere with silence protocols at the library I work at or with a student or colleague's work). After a few minutes, I feel the tension draining from my musckes and I feel an indescribable joy, peace and sense of hope.
