i will do arabidopsis circadian assay by tip-to-tip leaf movement.

so, i search some papers,

usually they entrainment - 12hr:12hr light:dark growth than, shift to continuous light condition. and assay when continuous condition.

i wonder

1. why need 12hr:12hr light dark entrainment?

2. why need do continuous light condition after entrainment?
