I did apply a Cross-lagged Panel Model in Stata using Fixed Effects. However, I did nor run it wave by wave, I ussed lagged variables to determine causality (past on present) and the Fixed Effects tool gives you a result using all waves. Nevertheless, you should run a test first to see if which one is more appropriate for you: Fixed Effects or Random Effects.
