What do you mean with "false results"?

In general, we use much lower concentrations of standards (ascorbic acid, trolox, gallic acid, etc.) than that of extracts to build standard curves. Of course, that depends on the specific assay. Try diluting the ascorbic acid solution even more.

just a point, if I use for example 1mg / ml for the extract

0.88mg / ml for ascorbic acid with 20-fold dilution

how I can compare two different concentrations
