Hi, you might want to take a look at the Waters application compilation, Environmental Chromatography Methods Guide. where we detail instruments and columns that can be used to run specific EPA methods (i.e. 550.1, PAHs in Drinking Water by HPLC).

PAHs Compounds in water can be determine by GC-MS. We have to extract PAHs compounds in a solvent Hexane. Extracted solvent is use for GC-MS analysis to determine PAHs.
