Please, has anyone worked on sgRNA labelling? I am finding it difficult to get protocols to label with alexa dye and Qds.?

How can I label single guided RNA (sgRNA) with Alexa 488 dye and quantum dots (QDs)? I will appreciate any paper recommended or detailed protocols.
