We acquired several GPR data and used RadExplorer 1.41 to model, but we are not comfortable with the models. I have attached the data here and the model.
You can try gprMax (www.gprMax .com) which is a Free Open Source FDTD solver used to model GPR by many researchers for many years. There is no GUI to build models though if this is what you need.
I used Gradix software (windows based) almost 20 years ago for GPR processing and interpretation that were in Pulse Ekko format and then use Geoframe v3.7 for displaying interpretation, and modeling and gave excellent results as time slices, different signal attributes, fence diagrams, and 3D models. However, we re-assessed the 25MHz and 50MHz data lately using ReflexW software, it is really a very good package and gets the licence academically is really supporting. You have to put some effort to convert the raw GPR data into SEGY format (adding a navigation file for each GPR profile) and displayed all your profiles in a grid pattern up to utilize SEGY-2D load to store it on any seismic software as Petrel.
Data looks pretty noisy but you may be able to improve it with a notch filter or trace stacking. I prefer GPR Slice, but it has a steep learning curve. ReflexW has a free trial version that is relatively easy but you can only screen shot results with the trial. Your GPR data should have more than one file and the .rd3 file you posted is useless without the header data in the .rad file. Post a zip file with the rest of them.

This is really noisy data. Dont have time to do it in Slice, but I dumped it in the new MalaVision Cloud processing and could see some horizons in the data. Cant do a notch filter with that but it is much better than the original from RadExplorer that was posted
