The photocatalytic property is not directly influenced by these lattice parameters. The photochemical process results from the special surface electronic properties of TiO2. The crystal structure may have some contribution, but it's not the direct reason.

Hello all, I agree with the opinion view of Dr. B. Hu and added, the photoactivity of TiO2 depends on the band gap which reverse proportional with the crystal size that calculated by depended on XRD data and Scherer equation.
