With oxygen plasma cleaner, i usually bond PDMS to 1 mm glass without any problem.

Changing to 525um thickness glass, so far, I got one time success from plenty of failed attempts. Even in that one time succes, i remember it didn't work for the first time. I couldn't repeat that success.

With thinner glass (cover slip 150um), it is always failed.

I don't really understand what cause the problem.

One colleague suggested it is about the flexibility of the thin glass that cause the failure.

Is there any suggestion/solution to do this?
