I'm not positive, but by looking at the reference trail (Demesure B. et al. (1995) Molecular Ecology 4: 129–131, which points to Doyle&Doyle 1990) I think it's a CTAB extraction buffer.

For sure it is some kind of CTAB extraction buffer. But the exact composition like additional supplements is of course a well kept secret by Thermo, as they want to sell it. But maybe you are a more successful detective as me several years ago ;-). Good luck and best wishes!
