I have seen that there is not much activity in Research Gate regarding discovery of conserved and novel miRNAs in plants utilizing next generation sequencing. ....Why is it so..(Dont you think plants are equally important as animals)..
I dont think there is any such discrimination its just the fact that more people work or miRNAs in animal systems and more over in this group one can always start a discussion over a topic an moreover I am creating a new group specifically called "PLANT MICRORNAS" hope we are able to get more specific discussions.
