According to LysM Receptor-Like Kinase and LysM Receptor-Like Protein Families: An Update on Phylogeny and Functional Characterization by Buendia et al ( https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fpls.2018.01531/full#B103 ) they can be Serin/Threonine kinase or Tyrosine kinase.
My questions are -
- Are all of them Serine Threonine kinase? and just additionally some of them are also Tyrosine kinase? or some of them are exclusively tyrosine kinase?
- Is there a list or table of plant LysM receptors regarding to which kind of kinase activity they perform (Serine threonine kinase or Tyrosine kinase or Both)?
Regards and thanks in advance.
