I have done photodegradation study for my catalyst using Rhodamine B. The amount of catalyst and dye was 0.05g and 0.05milliMolar respectively. But the UV-Vis spectra is not coming in proper way as shown in the image. At 1mM dye concentration I am getting nearly decreasing peaks. What would be the possible optimization methods of getting good response

It is always necessary to make adjustments for each organic and catalyst, although you can use the ones that appear in some of our papers (which are generally the most suitable for a large number of dyes:

Did you use a syringe filter to separate the catalyst from the liquid phase? If so, it is possible that there was a leak in the filter. Elevation of the baseline might be due to light scattering coming from some solid that penetrated the filter.
The increase of the baseline indicates the light scattering, as correctly noted by Adrian Walkowiak
Follow the recommendation done by Adrian Walkowiak. Also, check the pore size of the filter. Verify that catalyst particles are not passing to the cuvette while filtering. Usually, I use 0.45 um pore size filters. However, sometimes I need to change to 0.22 um pore size due to pH solution changes.
To separate the catalyst from the dye solution you can centrifuge your samples for about half an hour at 10,000 RPM in a centrifugation machine ...
