Hello everyone.

I want to create some spherical droplets using Acrylamide and Riboflavin in a microfluidic set-up and photo-polymerize them later on. I don't want them to be either too soft or brittle. I want to preserve them for long time (say up to an year) for future use. Does anyone have any experience with photo-polymerization of these chemicals?

I will be using a UV source of 30 Watts. How sensitive is the polymerization process to the wavelength? What are the DO's and DON'T's in this procedure?

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
