Phage DNA extraction by promega clean up ?

Im using promega clean up for phage DNA extraction but the DNA conc. is very low 18, 27, 37, 63, 90 ng/ul. I followed all step but i read this kit is not suitable for DNA extraction from some phages so I thought to make alternation by avoid using the filter any suggestion for the next step after adding the resin .
