It is not possible to tell with certainty based on a single picture, but given the turbid plaque except for the center, I would guess lysogenic. A lytic phage should mostly give very clear plaques.

The picture is not clear. You need more test .

as I explained the plaque is clear in the center with turbid halo

it is a lytic bacteriophage with depolymerase activity. just incubate the plate for 8 hours and see the results.

I would like to ask how to know lytic or lysogenic phage from sequence.
