Dear Faten,

I think the type of enzymes depends to the type and funtional group of polymer. In the case of GelMA case, the enzyme horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and a hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) are used and there are some steps : Gelatin Modification, Polymerization, Washing..... I hope my answer can help
