I want to determine the MIC50 and MIC90 or 100 by OD600 values of Candida glabrata, and how can I change OD vs the number of cells, please explain.

For yeast 1 OD600 is equals to 1.5 x 10^7 cells.
In case of MIC usually 10^4 cells are used with serial dilutions of drug and one well kept without drug with10^4.
The growth in the well without drug is considered as 100% growth.
To get the MIC 50 ,90 or 100 you can divide the OD at 600 in different wells with drug by the OD of wells without drug and multiply by 100. This will provide you the growth in % in each wells.
Now if in some drug containing wells the values is 50% it means that drug concentration is that well is MIC 50 value for your strain.
Similarly If the values is 10% it means the concentration of the drug used in that well is MIC90 for your strain.
