Dear colleagues, I want to amplify by PCR, the B-casein gene of camel milk (for sequencing). Please note that I can not get a blood sample, so: Is it possible to do this from the breast cells that is in suspense after centrifuging the milk collected? If so, should I use RT-PCR (mRNA) or PCR (genomic DNA)? Thank you in advance.
