I'm quite new in the field, I've never done PBMC exctraction before; and we would like to do PBMC extraction by using Leucosep tubes. However, almost every protocol I found was using swing-bucket centrifuge during the procedure, not fixed angle centrifuge. I wanted to ask you that since we have only the fixed angle centrifuge, is it possible to do PBMC extraction with these tubes, or is is too risky/inefficient to do? Can anyone suggest any protocols/methods with these tubes and fixed-angle centrifuge for PBMC extraction?
