I have prepared Graphene nanoplatelets Aluminum powder via ultrasonication and stirring. After drying final powder, I did Raman spectroscopy (HORRIBA) to analyse the quality of graphene after subsequent processing. No peaks such as D, G and 2D were coming during testing. Any particular reason for this behaviour and also recommend solving this issues.
you can try to focus the laser beam in measurement process. graphene need absorbs energy (lamda 620nm) for oscilation. attension because the energy in range of this wavelength region is suitable for oscilation. so let try focus laser beam in order to graphene can absorbs enough energy.
i also think the concentration of graphenein your sample is a problem.
in the past, i have measured my sample ZnO/graphene/Sio2substrate, but i can not see peaks of graphene. the reason may due to ZnO too thick, laser light can not reach to graphene. A person who have many experience in graphene raman measuring tell me about focus the laser.
How many spots did you analyze? Are the grains interspersed in the Al2O3?

Thank you for interest and suggestion. Next time, I will try to focus the laser beam on getting peaks of graphene in aluminum powder. Furthermore, I have used substantial concentration of graphene but still no peaks.

Thank You for showing concern. I have done Raman at least five spots on different samples to analyze graphene presence and quality in aluminum powder. I have also done cross check the presence of graphene by FESEM. Dispersion and availability of graphene in aluminum are confirmed by FESEM and EDX. Any further suggestion from you.
