Dear All,
What would you do if editors of journal are not responding to your emails nor processing your paper for almost four months now? We wish to submit it somewhere else but after repeated request for withdrawal, they are not responding? Tia.

Send a mail to the Editor stating that if you do not receive immediate response from his/her end the MS may be treated as withdrawn. Then you submit it elsewhere for publication.
