Panel specifications for abstract submission - ASH 2022?

Hi there

I have worked on an abstract for ASH 2022. I can't make any sense of the new submission specifications on additional figures and tables. I want to insert a figure consisting of 4 Kaplan Meier curves united as one single figure. Is that not allowed according to the following new rules for 2022 (se attached file). They are just referring to a figure panel in a paper, but I am not sure what they mean?

Can somebody please help me?
