Oven hot air dryer for polyphenol extracts concentration

I have different plant extracts for polyphynol .I want to reduce volumes and concentrate them by using oven dryer. I try 40c for 24 hours by little effect. Can I increase temperature for example 50c or more but not effect the TPP content or antioxidant properties of them
