I recently found a website (http://www.ab-mart.com/) which states that they can produce MAb for a protein (6 MAb/protein) for $1500 within 100 days. We have to send the nucleotide sequence of the targeted protein.
1. Are these companies trustable? has anyone tried ?
2. Will it be ok for publication?
3. Are there any alternative options? I dont have facility or time for producing MAb by my own.

As indicated by one of the above answer, the company does produce some decent mAbs but you would have to determine if they really work for your assay or not--and if possible, confirm the specificity via IPs and MSMS--especially if its for a very novel protein or process. *One important thing to consider is that some Federal funding sources do not permit this type of out-sourcing as some countries do not have certification that the research animals are being properly cared for during use (e.g. AAALAC certification).
Thank you. Yes that was my prime concern whether such out sourcing will be accepted by the ethics committee.
