Other than Simulink, which other platform can I use to perform Sensitivity Analysis of Independent Variables?

I could not perform sensitivity analysis for a nonlinear regression problem in Simulink, I am looking alternative programme that can perform sensitivity analysis of input variables.

On the other hand, if you could refer on how I can build nonlinear regression model with 18 inputs in Simulink that will he helpful.

There are many packages that perform sensitivity analysis.

In Matlab there is UQLab: http://www.uqlab.com/

In R there is the package "sensitivity".
