To those who think they are some how at the "low ranks", less research papers, research grants, or H index, conferences such as the one that I organize, which will be in series is where you learn to develop your skills. Even me, I started as participant, later invited speaker, and keynote speaker, which now I should start as Chair of an International conference.

Although the conference has not been finalized yet, I started to do the ground work first, so that only pick up those who are interested to join as a genuine effort. The thing is, you want to join to develop your skills...not joy riding of an establish conference, where those well known will be the priorities.
Here, in this conference, I am looking to those future scientists, that trying to establish themselves. Let us grow together, we create our own conference and start to influence the scientific community.
