There are 4 basic problems in Nanotechnology. They are:
1. Fabricating nanoscale materials
2. Precise position it
3. making the interconnection (wiring) for functioning as devices
4. mass produce.
Now, is there any technique to fabricate (problem 1) diamond-like carbon and pattern it (problem 2) and measure its conductivity? Do you have any suggestion?
We seem to works on Problem 1 and 2 in fabricating pattern diamond like carbon and in the middle of measuring its conductivity. Nevertheless, I just wanted to know if there is other possible techniques. Thanks in advance for your contribution.
