I want to deposit thin films on quartz slides and want to anneal the thin films at a temperature range of 650C to 1100C for 4 hours (holding time). The solution is made by co-hydrolysis of zirconium propoxide and tetraethoxy silicate, also one solution is made by co-hydrolysis of zirconium propoxide and titanium iso-propoxide.

I want to know

1. How many coatings should I deposit?

2. What should be the RPM rate and time of rotation?

3. Also, should I dry the slides after each coating?

4. Can I do annealing up to 1100C for 4 hours?
