I wonder is it possible to modify and control in-situ or ex-situ structure, morphology, optical properties etc of thin film from non magnetic material through exposure to magnetic field?

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to transfer Nb2O5 sol-gel films deposited on glass or silicon substrates onto TEM grids?

I would like to investigate the structure of sol-gel Nb2O5 films spin coated on glass or silicon substrates by TEM and need to transfer them onto TEM grids.
