Access this dataset to help with the fight against COVID-19
A Free, Open Resource for the Global Research Community
📷
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Allen Institute for AI has partnered with leading research groups to prepare and distribute the COVID-19 Open Research Dataset (CORD-19), a free resource of over 44,000 scholarly articles, including over 29,000 with full text, about COVID-19 and the coronavirus family of viruses for use by the global research community.
This dataset is intended to mobilize researchers to apply recent advances in natural language processing to generate new insights in support of the fight against this infectious disease. The corpus will be updated weekly as new research is published in peer-reviewed publications and archival services like bioRxiv, medRxiv, and others.
why isn't there a resource of ct scan dateset. there should be! I searched all over the internet but couldn't find a CT scan data set of covid 19 .This is an urgent matter.
Relate the existence of a ct covid dataset, I've searched for it online, nothing. I've sent a mail to the authors, waiting for their answer. Keep you in touch if I have anything new
M+H hospitals will provide international scientific community with totally anonymized health data regarding patients being treated for the SARS-CoV-2 virus
It is very good that in such a serious and big global problem which is the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 pandemic causing Covid-19 disease, there are already many open, online databases that can be used for scientific research. Due to the above, there is so much data on pandemics that the problem is no longer a lack of data but a large amount. Therefore, the key issue is the selection of appropriate data for the needs of the conducted research, their selection, aggregation, processing, analysis and inference. Is Big Data Analytics useful in this matter? What are the currently used, dominant research methods in the area of scientific research related to the SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus pandemic, during which large amounts of data are collected, aggregated, processed and analyzed? Which open knowledge databases on the subject of SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus and Covi-19 disease, therapeutic therapies, health policy, epidemiological safety, multifaceted effects of the current pandemic, etc. offer not only the original data but also the results of conducted, multifaceted scientific research?
We have shared a new large dataset that contains 63849 original 16-bit gray-scale CT scans from COVID and normal cases. The paper that introduces this dataset is:

UESTC-COVID-19 Dataset contains CT scans (3D volumes) of 120 patients diagnosed with COVID-19. The dataset was constructed for the purpose of pneumonia lesion segmentation. It contains two parts: 1) Part 1 consists of 70 volumes where lesion regions were annotated by non-experts and the lesion labels contain some noise. 2) Part 2 consists of 50 volumes where lesions were annotated by experts, and the labels can be seen as clean.
COVID-ARC is a data archive that stores multimodal (i.e., demographic information, clinical outcome reports, imaging scans) and longitudinal data related to COVID-19 and provides various statistical and analytic tools for researchers. This archive provides access to data along with user-friendly tools for researchers to perform analyses to better understand COVID-19 and encourage collaboration on this research.
