I want to compare the runtime of two different algorithms for calculating the response obtained when a rectangular pulse is applied. The parameters are the pulse amplitude, the pulse duration and the size of the time-step, which ranges from 1 to 1e-4 ms. For each time step, I apply the same pulse to both algorithms and, whereas the duration is kept constant, the amplitude is varied (three different values). Then, I repeat the process for each time-step but, this time, mantaining the amplitude constant and varying the duration (three different values). Should I use One-way, Two-way or Multifactorial ANOVA to find whether differences are significant??
