One drug induces different cell phases in 2 cell lines

Hello,

I have one potential anti-cancer drug. I treated the drug in PC-3 and DU145 cell ( both of them are prostaste cancer) Howeve, in PC-3 cell, it shows that the drug arrest G1/S phase. But in DU145, the drug shows the effect on G2/M phase. I am finding the answers for these results. Can you suggest me some publications or idea? Thank you
