We are currently treating a 63 years old male with multiple osteoblastic bone metastases. Passive range of motion techniques seems to reduce the pain in this particular case: as a rehabilitation team we do not agree on using these techniques  but I was not able to find any study on pubmed or Pedro about  nor I found any contraindications in national and international guidelines or systematic reviews. Of course treatment involve also aerobic and soft strenghtening exercises. Thanks for help.
