On which basis I will choose the lipid type for PC, PE etc, if I need to model the human Macrophage membrane among (because chain length of fatty acid and fluidity of the membrane will vary with the different types of acyl chain for the same lipid e.g. DPPC and POPC) following

e.g. PC-> DMPC, DLPC, DPPC, POPC, SOPC etc.

e.g. PE-> DLPE, DMPE, POPE, DOPE, DPPE etc.
