ER2566 by NEB is what we are utilizing for pr expression, with merits of fhuA2 mutation. Apparently its resistance spectrum is not wide enough to combat all kinds of bacteriophages we encounter, and I am taking advice of alternating different phage-resistant strains so that co-evolution of phage will not happen so readily.

I would like to the name know any phage resistant E.coli strains, hopefully that could mitigate the serious contamination problem. Many thanks beforehand:)
