Hi There,
I have checked my test for normality through SPSS via Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro–Wilk tests. Despite treatments through log, square root, standardised Z scores and inverse. I have failed to achieve normality as per the result. The significant value (p-value) is still showing a significant value. Both tests depict significant values. Screenshots are attached. Please help me out.

There is no need to worry. Some data are not normally distributed. In such scenarios, you can opt for no-parametric tests such as the Kruskal-Wallis test, among others. I have published two papers with this test that might be useful.

@Sayed, yes you can use PLS-SEM as its a non parametric test.
