I am processing a big dataset from functional microarry (Geochip 4.0). I somehow made the heatmap but I found there was no color bar to show the abundance variance across different samples. It just came out with positive(red)/missing(grey). It's my first time to use Java TreeView and I didn't find any step-by-step manual for that. Could you guys give me some guidance? The major steps of my workflow are showed in attachment.
