No colonies formation after transformation - what are the possible region ?

I am trying to clone p50 and p65 in pet 32a , doing pcr with for p65- using the Bam h1 and hindIII and for p50 -using the sites EcorI and HindIII , get the amplification , digest the DNA by using cutsmart buffer and high fredility enzyme , do the gel extraction ,do ligation by using NEB quick ligation kit , but after transformation no colonies seen what to do?
