Nitric oxide production by Drosophila S2 cells?

Has any one tried to check the nitric oxide levels in S2 cells after bacterial infection or LPS/ PGN stimulation? I'm not sure if these cells produce nitric oxide, If they do produce then what is best time to estimate nitric oxide production after bacterial infection?
