Thanks. I will serially dilute antibody and add equal quantity of 0.5 McFarland inoculum in it and incubate at 37oC for 2 hrs. Then add in it growth medium. Control will be inoculum in growth medium, and only growth medium. Next day check OD600. Is it OK. Is there any reference protocol?
