Serotonin being the "happiness" hormon, could it be lesions in the brain to be due to "unhappiness", I mean brusc drops down of levels of serotonin in the brain, that don't allow anymore the normal brain functions to be performed, leading to a lesion. More generally, could it be a feeling harms brain tissue?
