Yes!!! There are so many papers in relation to it. Differentiated SH-SY5Y cells represents neurons so you easily detect above markers except GFAP(astrocytic marker).

I found papers that SH-SY5Y expresses Nestin but not GFAP.

it depends what you need to do??
