Search here for Ti: http://www.crystallography.net/cod/

you will receive hcp and bcc, and these files you need for Ti-6Al-4V

if you have reliable lattice parameters from the literature, edit the files in Notepad and change lattice parameters.

If you need to be over-correct, add Al and V at the same positions as Ti and change occupancies according to atomic percentage.

Mubasher Ali Your obtained peaks may be matched with JCPDS data cards no. 75-1752 (TiO2), 44-1294 (αTi), and 44-1288 (β Ti).
