Need help with glass transition of the precursors using DSC.

Before making the glass sample I determined the glass transition of two precursors individually, with DSC, but my results are different from theory. For one of the precursors I got Tg more than its theoretical value and for another precursor Tg is less then its theoretical value, and that too with a greater difference. Why such a change in Tg?

your final product would be different, try with increasing number of cylcles to get best result..
