Need help! What happening on my paraffin block?

I have fixed mice organ (Brain, liver, lung, spleen, kidney and heart) in 10% formalin for 2 days. Then I take the samples for processing. Below is the step for tissue processing.

75% Ethanol 45min room temp

85% Ethanol 45 min room temp

95% Ethanol 45 min room temp

95% Ethanol 1 hr room temp

100% Ethanol 1 hr room temp

Histo-Choice 45 min room temp

Histo-Choice 1 hr room temp

Paraffin Wax 1 hr 62oC

Paraffin Wax 2 hr 62oC

After embedding the tissue, some white colour appear at the center of the tissue. Does anyone has this experience before?
