Need help in discrete state space formulation in simulink (MATLAB).?

Is there any ready block available in simulink to implement below attached state space form. I am analyzing one way asymmetric building in simulink. I am facing difficulty to implement state space equations of asymmetric building. Kindly help If anyone knows how to do it. thank in advance.
