Can somebody please help me confirm the final percent of FBS in the following mixture: 500mL stock media, add 100ml FBS (FBS concentration is now 16.66%, right?). Now remove 12mL of that mix and add in 12mL of Gibco Glutamax. Final total volume is still 600mL, but what is the new concentration/percent of FBS?
C1V1=C2V2 but does this formula work for percent or must molar concentration levels? Thanks for any help!

For this formula, no conversions are necessary, as long as units match on each side of the formula.
The final concentration of FBS (supposing that your initial FBS contains 100% FBS and is not diluted), is 16.32%. (You were right for the 16.66% FBS percentage in the first dilution).
